As Head of Projects, his role is to lead the team and oversee the variety of services that Curzon offer. An experienced Building Surveyor, David works across a wide range of disciplines including surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, mediation and expert witness work, although most of his time is spent acting as Project Manager on construction projects of varying sizes up to £10M. David has excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and recognises the importance of fostering excellent working relationships amongst all stakeholders. David is a details man and particularly enjoys finding creative ways to add real value to his clients.

David is also a respected Party Wall Surveyor, having been involved in over 1,500 Party Wall Awards over the past fifteen years, working in both the residential and commercial sectors, and on a significant number of Central London’s prime properties.
