Josh has 20 years’ experience in Project Management, Insurance Claims Management, Building Surveying and Expert Witness Work and is widely respected for his legal shrewdness. Having graduated in 2005 with a degree in Urban Estate Management, he entered the industry as a Valuer at AWH before moving in-house at South Central Management. Here he worked as a Development Manager on projects, typically in excess of £60M. Those initial 4 years in the industry have equipped Josh with a distinct understanding of his client’s perspective and priorities.

Typical schemes that Josh has project managed are the construction of a residential-lead mixed- use scheme, refurbishment of a 5 storey Central London office building and a state of the art high school. He is proud to have surveyed the 3rd oldest pub in the UK. He is particularly successful in negotiating surprisingly large pay-outs on insurance claims and has recently run a £600K demolition scheme under insurance cover. Josh has also acted as Party Wall Surveyor for a 600 unit student accommodation scheme as well as given Expert Evidence at Central London’s Royal Courts of Justice.
